Solution

Atereo Appointment Reminders lets contact centre staff securely send appointment reminders without using letters or SMS messages, or relying on patients accessing portals.

Patients can then easily indicate whether or not they can still attend. Atereo Appointment Reminders includes a full audit trail of all messages, so you know when they were sent, opened and responded to.

If patients cannot attend, contact centre staff can reallocate these appointments, reducing the incidence of extremely costly DNAs.
