Atereo Call Logging and Switchboard Console at The University of Bath
Bath is:
"We are very happy with the service from Atereo”, concluded Chris Holley (Bath University Telecoms Manager).
The Atereo database has become a hub of information; its directory information is shared with the University’s voicemail provider, and a monthly export of information to the University’s Agresso financial system allows internal recharging of calls. Atereo works closely with the University to assess further options for database integration as a driver for continued improvements.
The University is in the process of migrating its telephony over to VoIP. When Chris Holley began looking for a replacement to the existing legacy switchboard solution, the Atereo Console provided a neat fit, particularly as it used the same database as the Atereo call logger.
The ability to integrate both with the legacy (iSDX) and VoIP (Mitel 3300) telephony, providing a future proof solution, further added to the attractiveness of the Atereo Console, as did the availability of the option of highly cost effective Voice Recording.
